My name is J. Ngunjiri. I write on the arts and culture but with a bias to books and literary issues. This blog will seek to give readers information on literary issues and events in the country.     I recently launched http://www.bookfaironline.net, the first international book fair on the web, available all year round, no need to travel across the hemisphere. And yet, I find an incredible resistance among the publishing world, famous for being conservative in many respects and slow to accept changes.
